How it works

Place your chosen sheet-round or square- into the forming area of the Ortho-Care Vac#1.
Activate the infrared heating element to preheat the sheet. The fast and even heating improves efficiency, ensuring the material reaches the optimal temperature quickly.
Once the sheet is ready , initiate the vacuum forming process. The Ortho-Care Vac#1's powerful vacuum system precisely molds the material around your dental model.
Heating time, vacuum pumping time, and vacuum pumping power can be freely adjusted.
